Positions Overview
Barista
A barista prepares and serves coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. This role also includes engaging with customers, managing drink/food orders efficiently, and keeping the coffee station clean and organized. You may have to assist the cashier on occasion.
Cashier
A cashier handles customer transactions, processes payments, and provides friendly, accurate service at the point of sale. You are often the first and last point of contact, ensuring each guest has a smooth and positive experience. You may have to assist the Barista on occasion.
Café Attendant
A café attendant supports the overall operation by maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, assisting customers as needed, and helping ensure both the café and meeting spaces remain welcoming, clean and ready for use. You may have to assist the Barista on occasion.
